Exercise your fabulocity with this workshop focused on the art of precision dancing, foot work and (of course) those fantastic high kicks! We can't promise that your legs will be longer after this workshop, but they will be stronger after starting each day with a great stretching and strengthening warmup! Plus one week will be dedicated to a vintage styling session and how to class (hair and make-up) with Lulu Locks of Providence PinUp and Suite Tart!
Every week (with the exception of our Suite Tart date) will start with a great "YoBalAtes" warmup to stretch us and tone muscles so that we are ready to move. Then we will work through an assortment of exercises that will enhance our final performance before we work on our Silver Belles dance number!
Once our number is complete and costumes are in tow, we will be ready for our dress rehearsal and show at Luna's Ladies' Night at Loft 71 in downtown Providence on Saturday, December 14th!

4 Sundays of dancing with Kristen Minsky
1 Sunday styling session and workshop at Suite Tart
