Vintage & Vinyl Listening Club featuring David Bowie's Heroes
A fundraiser for the non-profit arts organization, The Dance Hall, in Kittery, Maine, the Vintage & Vinyl Listening Club is an old school listening experience that features guest DJ, Bradley Jay of WBCN, The Rock of Boston, who will spin Bowie's 1977 Heroes vinyl album on a vintage component audio system, followed by a lecture on Bowie and Heroes from Steve Morse, the enduring Boston Globe arts writer and rock and roll teacher at Berklee College of Music. This vintage audiophile event also includes wines especially chosen to pair with the album as well as a table of vintage audio equipment for sale on this one night only kick off of Vintage & Vinyl Listening Club.
