The curtain will rise on Portal Players Dramatic Society 2013/14 season with the Monk Ferris comedy "Let's Murder Marsha", running Friday and Saturday nights at 7:30 pm until October 12.
Director David McGarry has brought Teresa Mulligan and Scott Lowe together again to star in this fast paced production as the eponymous Marsha and her plotting husband...or is he? Alberni Valley audiences may remember Ms Mulligan from her riveting performance in "The Glass Menagerie" under Scott Lowe's direction. The ensemble cast also includes veterans to the Capitol Theatre stage: Andrea Markiewicz, last seen in "The Mousetrap", and Rick Vissia, who lit up the stage in "Reefer Madness". Newly discovered talents Janis Cameron, Stephen Novik, and Ashley Romuld complete this magical ensemble.
