ABOUT: Kalan Wolfe is a medicine musician whose songwriting is inspired by his family, social change, and community. His sound can be compared to powerful musicians such as Xavier Rudd and Paul Simon, and is described as a blend of driven folk and acoustic rock, with a reggae backbone, and a unique, rhythmic guitar style. He tours his old home of Hawaii regularly and plays all around the pacific northwest with his band, The Shift, playing many originals, as well as a myriad of classic covers. They have been playing the festival scene for the past few years, including Classic MoonFest, Shrimpfest, and a headlining slot at the Okanogan Family Barter Faire. Kalan was recently a contestant in the 2019 season 2 of American Idol. He released the album "Magic & Gravity" in 2018, and will be releasing his new album "Home" in February 2020. Kalen was a contestant in season 2 of 2019 American IDOL, PT we are gifted to have them this weekend
