Virtual Memphis Matters August 15, 2020
For over ten years, Playback Memphis has brought hundreds of stories to life unlocking healing, transformation, and joy through our Memphis Matters public performances. As we live through this pandemic and all that arrives with it, we need our stories more than ever.
Our third virtual Memphis Matters performance, on August 15, will be dedicated to the spirit of the late Congressman John Lewis. His clear, passionate, and prophetic vision of a more peaceful and just world has been a deep inspiration to Playback Memphis, always.
Join us as we celebrate John Lewis' wise heart and imagine the world anew with an evening of stories of courage, resilience, and love in action.
Playback strengthens our shared community and helps us bring forth a more compassionate, wise, and well Memphis. Lets use this time to awaken our hearts and build a healing story together.
