IMAGE Film Awards Gala

IMAGE Film & Video Center is pleased to announce that its 2006 IMAGE Film Awards Gala will be held on Wednesday, June 7, 2006 in the Egyptian Ballroom of Atlanta's Fabulous Fox Theatre. The IMAGE Film Awards Gala, now in its 6th year, recognizes achievement in Southeastern media arts and is IMAGE's largest annual fundraising event. Its proceeds support the Atlanta Film Festival (now celebrating its 30th anniversary), Out On Film, and the many year-round programs and services IMAGE offers to the Atlanta community.

Your ticket purchase will allow us to continue to support the growing independent media arts community in Atlanta and the Southeast.

This year, we are pleased to announce that legendary actress, writer and activist RUBY DEE will be in attendance to present the Ossie Davis award to Academy-Award nominated actress CICELY TYSON.
