Intro to Alcohol Inks-Coasters with Tina Mokuau

Guest Artist/Instructor Tina Mokuau teaches this Introduction to Alcohol ink for beginners, also fun for those with some experience. We will learn the basics of this very popular art medium. You will get to experience using different substrates to warm up, then you will design your own (set of four) ceramic tile coasters to take home! Demonstrations and information will be offered on embellishing the tops with paint pens as well as different methods and products to coat the top of coasters once the ink dye is dry. Class is appropriate for ages 12-adult.
Please note our Cancellation Policy: Preregistration is required for all classes including payment in full. A full refund is available for cancellations up to 7 days before class, half refund 2-7 days before class. No refund within 48 hours of class. If there is a waiting list or you can find someone to fill your spot, we will offer a full refund minus processing fees or credit for another class.

COVID-19 Safety protocol: For the safety of teachers as well as students, we will be requiring anyone in the studio taking classes or shopping, to wear masks and keep their hands clean. Students can go outside to take breaks and get fresh air during class, but must be masked at all times inside the studio. If you anticipate this being too cumbersome please wait to register for a class at a later date when these restrictions are lifted. Classes will be limited to six students as we ease into reopening. Studio and common tools will be sanitized after each workshop.
