***Bearer of all tickets agrees that GSFF, its agents and licensees shall have unrestricted right and license to use bearers likeness in broadcast, telecast, film, or photography taken in connection with any and all events at the festival.
*****ALL TICKETS ARE FINAL SALE NO REFUND-NO RETURNS****| Purchaser and/or bearer of ticket agrees that GSFF, its agents and licensees shall be held harmless in the event of technical difficulty and/or livestream interruption for any or all reasons, whether or not the fault of GSFF. Purchaser and/or bearer of ticket agrees that GSFFs no refund policy shall remain in effect, and that purchaser/bearers sole remedy shall be the ability to use ticket at GSFFs 2022 event.
