Harvest Moon Beer Dinner

Chef Carl Van Dekker formally of Gramercy Tavern, Blue Hill at Stone Barns now brings his Village Dog to Captain Lawrence and will be creating a four course menu to be paired with four of our specialty beers.

The beers for this great night include Golden Delicious, Xtra Gold, Hops & Roses Sour and Smoke From The Oak: Imperial Smoked Porter Aged in Apple Brandy Barrels.

We will be creating a family style outdoor picnic style seating where everyone can take part in this communal experience. The beer garden will be dressed as an elegant outdoor picnic with great food and beer and acoustic music performed by Rebecca Haviland of Whiskey Heart.

The dinner will cost $75 per person all included and will be Sunday October 13th. The dinner will start at 6pm.

1st Course:
Warm Venison Terrine, Wild Herb Gremolata
Apple Brandy Aged Smoked Porter

2nd Course
Butternut Squash Soup w/Grilled Fall Vegetables

3rd Course
Porchetta, Grilled Polenta Cake, Creamed Chard
