CONNECT: Through Digital Facilitation

This 2hour workshop, delivered via Zoom by Mortal Fools, explores effective digital facilitation. If youre currently facilitating meetings, discussions, presentations, events, panels, workshops or participatory sessions on digital platforms then this session is for you!
This workshop is designed for people already engaging in digital facilitation, who want to take the next steps to improve or build on their digital facilitation skills. The session explores how to integrate effective people management, with compelling communication whilst utilising digital platform functionality for best effect. You will leave with an understanding of how to put your audience or participants needs at the heart of your digital engagement; supporting you to facilitate a positive, productive, collaborative, engaging, well-managed, high quality experience for all involved.

CONNECT: Through Digital Facilitation is a skills-based workshop run by experienced theatre practitioners and communication professionals we will not get into huge detail around platform functionality or technical. All participants will have access post session to high quality workshop notes and a closed FB group to ask any questions.
This workshop is ideal for: - People presenting online - People running/hosting/participating in online meetings - People delivering and facilitating online workshops - People using video/audio to deliver communication messages - People using their social media channels to engage with their audiences This workshop covers: - Effective facilitation online - Leading with confidence balancing managing people and digital functionality - Building trust through a screen - Maximising contributions of your participants - Using positive language and 2-ways signals - Balancing inclusivity with clear management - Small meetings vs large groups £25 per participant - includes access to FB group post session and post session notes. This workshop is for individuals however, Mortal Fools is interested in hearing from businesses and organisational teams who may want this workshop delivered collectively to their team. There will also be an opportunity to sign up after the workshop at an additional cost for a Mortal Fools one to one with a professional theatre practitioner to explore increasing your confidence with digital communications.
