For over a year, we have brought you the best chefs from Seattle but now in year two of The VUDE, you can expect us to branch out and go beyond our borders...well a little anyway. We are really excited about some of the events we have for you this fall and these two are the perfect dinners to kick it all off.
I feel so lucky that we live in Seattle not only for the great food scene we have here, but for the great food scenes in our neighbor cities, Vancouver and Portland. So I have been reaching out to see if the great talents there would be interested in coming here so you could experience their amazing skills and yummy food.
And we are not only getting one great chef, but two! Northwest native and James Beard Award Winner (Basically like winning an Academy Award) Caprial Pence and her husband, co-star, and partner in crime, John Pence are coming to The VUDE to cook a pork themed menu for TWO whole nights! Think of it as PORKLANDIA!

Of course, no VUDE event is complete without Hand of God Wines.
But wait there is more, additional collaborators for this event include:
Sodo Spirits, Tieton Cider, Caffe Ladro, Johan wines and Pete's Wine Shop all participating at the event!
Johan Vineyards consists of 85 acres in the Willamette Valley in Oregon. They utilize organic and bio-dynamic farming practices. This new up and coming producer is creating handcrafted wines that are elegant, balanced, complex, and age worthy. This is the first time these wines have been featured at a dinner in Washington State. Come be the first to taste what these outstanding wines have to offer. As usual, we will have special offers for our guests if they want more of any of the products featured.
This one is also unique because we are doing two nights instead of one because of demand for this event.So pick your night, bring a friend (not required) and enjoy some rub love from our southern neighbors.
