Citay is the project of San Franciscos Ezra Feinberg and his cadre of goddam hippies. The result is sweeping psychedelia with Byrds harmonies and Floyd-ed out guitar wails somehow compacted into tight pop gems. Local sonic manipulators, Tempera, return after a hiatus of making websites and tinctures and Vermonts tUnE-YaRdS makes her SPACE debut of interwoven clicks and cuts reminiscent of The Books.
