Self-Editing for Publication An Online Workshop led by Susan Diamond Riley Thursday, April 30, 7:00-8:30 p.m., on Zoom Limited to 15 participants, $40/person
Led by professional editor and author Susan Diamond Riley, this step-by-step approach to "writing like an editor" will show you how to prepare your very best work for the submission process. Whether you plan to submit your writing to a publisher, an agent, or a contest, publishing is a competitive business. Submitting only your very best, most polished work will improve your chances of finding success as a published author. This workshop will explore the submission process and present a practical, step-by-step method for preparing your written project for publication by serving as your own editorial staff.
A PDF of workshop materials will be emailed to participants before the class meets. Screen Share will be used during the workshop, so participants will need to join from a device with video and audio capabilities.
