Join Chef Matt Gordon and the team at Sea & Smoke as they host a butcher's dinner featuring The Heart and Trotter Butchery (www.theheartandtrotter.com). The dinner will feature four courses of delicious, meaty entrees while the butchers of Heart and Trotter demonstrate how to break down a fore quarter of beef
The menu will be paired with a unique beverage with each course.
The Menu will feature such items as Local Rabbit Tikka with Cardamom-Parsnip Puree; Cook Pig's Ranch Pork Belly with Quail Egg and Mustard Sauce; Grass Fed Beef with Smoked Black Current Sauce; and delicious Beef Tallow-Stone Fruit Tart. The dinner is priced at $65 per person (plus tax and 20% gratuity) and includes the drink pairings.
