Edmonton Seniors Coordinating Council - Annual General Meeting

Hello ESCC Member organizations. We understand how much the pandemic has affected your organizations normal meeting schedules and routines. We hope we are providing some useful coordination of information and supports during this challenging time. Our Board has opted to go ahead with our scheduled Annual General Meeting as a virtual meeting which will be on Monday, April 27th at 1 p.m. This will be an opportunity for a representative from your organization to hear a little bit about our coordinating efforts and for them to act as a voting representative for your organization. This virtual meeting will be conducted using Zoom Meetings and once you register here you will receive a confirmation email with the zoom meeting information.

We will keep the meeting to business items only, so it should be relatively quick. Please ensure that someone from your organization registers and we will follow up to all registrants with an agenda package (and voting instructions) about one week prior to the meeting. For those who are not familiar with Zoom meetings we would be happy to have a little demo for you, so please let mista@seniorscouncil.net know if this is something that you would value. We will then set up a demo session and make sure you receive an invite. Essentially Zoom Meetings use a computer link that you would click on, and you can join using your computers web-camera and computer audio. This is the easiest way to participate. If you do not have a representative who could join the meeting using a computer, please let us know.
