Round up your best guy and gal pals and join in the festivities! Lost + F(o)und is a one night county-fair-style event to benefit St. Louis' creative + sustainable non-profit, Perennial.
Perennial's annual public fundraising event, Lost + F(o)und, is Thursday, Oct. 17th from 6-8:30 p.m. at The Centene Center for Arts and Education (3547 Olive St., 63103). This event will raise awareness and essential funding for Perennial.
Fun for the whole herd, guests will snack on fair favorites, enjoy live music and bid on locally made silent auction items. Enjoy the best of the batch with local brews, wine, and a wide variety of homemade pies (just like your mama makes 'em!). Don't forget your dancin' boots! Do a little do-si-do to live folk music played on upcycled instruments by the Green Strum Project. Grab a partner and craft a paper pinwheel from recycled materials for your amusement.
Step right up and purchase a few raffle tickets for your chance to win you, or your honey, special prizes from a lineup of local and handmade items! The competition is fierce in our ReDesign Challenge. Local artists, designers, and architects have accepted the task to transform windows into unique and functional home goods, all without using new building materials! Bid on the final pieces in our silent auction, and you just might leave with a one-of-a-kind upcycled creation. Participants include architects from Hellmuth Bicknese, Christner Inc., and designers from Red Door Furniture Co.
