Ethics of Serving Nonprofits

This seminar will focus on the ethics of serving nonprofits as an attorney board member and as counsel to a nonprofit. We will examine legal duties of attorneys as both board members and legal counsel of nonprofit organizations. We will explain how to effectively and ethically wear both your board member and your attorney hats.
We will answer the following questions and more:
What is your role as an attorney/board member?
What ethical traps should you avoid as a nonprofit board member or advisor?
