Central Brooklyn Jazz - 14th Anniversary Celebration

This musical celebration will be a colorful, up beat, toe tapping affair. The anniversary concert will feature The S.A. Lesedi Connection with South African trumpeter, Lesedi Ntsane featuring Bakithi Kumalo of Paul Simon's 'Graceland' band and others. South African cusine and beverages available. Central Brooklyn Jazz Consortium/CBJC will also honor the South African creators of Jazz Africa Heritage/JAH with its Jitu K. Weusi Founders Award.

CBJC produces accessible cultural events, such as jazz concerts, and markets these programs to individuals from all socioeconomic backgrounds and communities. The membership holds this annual fund raiser to aid its mission and we solicit patrons from around the globe.
