Langtoun Jazz Festival 2020 Concert 10 Morag McCall Quintet
Aberdeen based singer,Morag McCall is well established in the North East of Scotland and a well-known face on the Edinburgh jazz scene, She brings to the festival some of the finest jazz musicians North of the Forth for a programme of tunes from the Divas of the 60's given a jazz treatment.
Expect to hear songs made famous by Cilla, Dusty, Petula and more as you may not have heard them before
The band are Alan King (keys), Colin Black (guitar), Ray Leonard (bass)and Richard Glassby on drums, most of whom also played with Morag on her recording Maybe it's Late and have presented the programme several times at Garioch Jazz Club, The Jazz Bar, The Blue Lamp and Edinburgh Fringe Festival and look forward to playing it for Langtoun audiences for the first time
