Wild and Wiley Acrylic Pour Workshop

Enjoy the wonders of pouring as professional artist, Dana Childs, aka dLauren teaches you how to create modern-abstract fluid effects with acrylic pouring onto stretched canvas. This class focuses on how to create a variety of effects using acrylic pouring techniques, including scraping, blowing and working with a palette knife. Anyone can do this! says Childs, who has been painting professionally for over two decades and playing with Acrylic pouring is one of her many fascinations.

Note: pourings will need to be left overnight to cure, plan to pick up artwork asap.

Please note our Cancellation Policy: Preregistration is required for all classes including payment in full. A full refund is available for cancellations up to 7 days before class, half refund 2-7 days before class. No refund within 48 hours of class. If there is a waiting list or you can find someone to fill your spot, we will offer a full refund minus paypal fees if applicable.

COVID-19 Safety protocol: For the safety of teachers as well as students, we will be requiring anyone in the studio taking classes or shopping, to wear masks and keep their hands clean. Students can go outside to take breaks and get fresh air during class, but must be masked at all times inside the studio. If you anticipate this being too cumbersome please wait to register for a class at a later date when these restrictions are lifted. Classes will be limited to six students as we ease into reopening. Studio and common tools will be sanitized after each workshop.
