There will be flowers. An installation of flowers. Well sit together on the New Moon in a circle of yoga mats and pillows.
We'll celebrate the Spring Equinox and pay homage to any dark weve just passed through. Well honor and clear the debris from the underground of winter.
We'll seep and saturate ourselves in the soil of rebirth.
We'll draw in new light. To bring balance to the nervous system.

We'll face any pain that comes up when we call in this pleasure.
Any questions of worth. Questions of our capacity to hold joy. Well grapple with those edges.
You'll take a flower home. And plant a seed for the spring season to come.
About Group Reiki:
Group Reiki energy healing sessions bring to light areas in the body that want to be seen.
