Australian Bushfire Fundraiser: with The Eves, Alan R Davison, Paul Gilbody, Mike Baillie, Douglas Kay and Magesh
In 2008 I packed my bags and left Scotland to make Australia my home. 11 years later, and after many experiences in the country, I returned to Scotland with my Aussie husband and two children.
A few weeks later the fires started to burn.
The magnitude of how it has devastated the land, people and decimated the animals affected me deeply. Feeling hopeless and unable to go back to help, I want to try make a difference by raising money to help rebuild the red country I hold so dear.
So, with the grateful help of The Eves, my husband Magesh my awesome brother-in-law, Alan and musician friends Douglas, Paul, Mike and Jay, we hope to raise enough to help and support their efforts towards recovery.
It would mean a great deal if you could along and join us for an early evening of music and comedy and help raise money to help my adopted second home. And, of course...please spread the word.
