A Call to Westchester's Black Leadership
Speaker Joyce James, a nationally recognized racial equity consultant & creator of the highly effective "Texas Model for Addressing Disproportionality". She will offer technical assistance using her Groundwater Model that focuses on systemic factors to achieve racial equity. Joyce is an Undoing Racism® Racial Equity Specialist with national recognition for her equity-results based work. She has offered to meet with Black leadership to examine the data recently compiled on the State of Westchesters Black Children and Youth of Westchester. This data stands along side of the critical work done by SIster to Sister on the state of Black Women and Girls in Westchester County. www.s2si.org
