New Work by Artistic Director, Jolene Bailie, featuring an ensemble of dancers, and collaboration with long-time collaborator, Hugh Conacher.
Sound Design: Susan Chafe
Driven by instinct, Bailie creates contemporary works that are abstract understandings of human relations, inner turmoil, and the process of becoming. Highly influenced by her prairie surroundings and feelings of isolation, her work considers connection, barriers to connection, and dystopian themes. Presenting new work annually in Winnipeg for 19 years, her work is an anticipated event in the community.
