Fermented Vegetables and Yogurt
Fermented Vegetables Learn how to prepare refrigerated dill pickles, processed dill pickles and sauerkraut. Learn what type of salt to use, why and how to tell if they're done fermenting. Class covers trouble-shooting, processing, food safety, tools & utensils needed for all products.
This class will be provided via zoom by WSU Extension Master Food Preservers. Registered participants will receive an email the day prior to the class with the zoom link and attached resources.
