PHAME: Art is for Everyone
Updated Note 3.16.20: This performance has been cancelled. Thank you sincerely for your understanding. We are working on rescheduling the performance so please stay tuned and visit www.hillsboro-oregon.gov/WaltersConcerts for more information when it is available.
New Concert Added! PHAME: Art is for Everyone Saturday, May 2 | 2 pm | Matinee Sponsored by the Richard B. Siegel Foundation
PHAME artists and musical guests will present an innovative concert featuring technology-based instruments: loop pedals, iPads, and more. Following the concert, audience members are invited to join the performers for a (twenty minute) interactive audience engagement opportunity focused on how iPads can be used to create broader access and creative opportunities for neuro-diverse artists and audiences.
About PHAME: PHAME is a fine and performing arts academy serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. PHAME is built upon the belief that art is for everyone. PHAME believes that students, artists, teachers, and the greater community can empower themselves through the arts. With that in mind, PHAME brings passion, joy, and rigor to arts education and performance. phamepdx.org
