As part of Arts Umbrella's annual Expressions Festival, The Pre-Professional Theatre Program's Junior Theatre Troupe Presents Dorothy Meets Alice.

DOROTHY MEETS ALICE
Based on the musical version by Joseph Robinette and Karl Jurman, and adapted by Joseph Robinette

This new play version of the delightful meeting of two of literature's most famous young ladies unfolds when 2 young men put off a book report till the last minute, then suddenly find themselves in a strange place somewhere between Oz and Wonderland The Tulgey Wood. It then becomes their responsibility to unscramble the stories and steer the familiar characters Dorothy, Alice, the Cowardly Lion, the Mad Hatter, the Scarecrow, the White Rabbit, the Tin Man, and the Dormouse to their ultimate destinations while avoiding the Wicked Witch and the Red Queen. This hilarious, adventuresome romp is filled with laughter, surprises at every turn, friendship, and a few lessons as well.
