Cedarbrook Northwest IPA Release Party: Reception & Dinner

We are proud to announce the release of the Cedarbrook Northwest IPA! Inspired while strolling the beautiful grounds at Cedarbrook Lodge, this is a distinctive, refreshing and well-balanced beer created in collaboration with the highly esteemed Rooftop Brewing Company.

Join us for an exceptional evening as we celebrate craft brewing at its finest. Unique Rooftop brews, including cellar reserve selections, will be paired with a delicious & fun menu created by Executive Chef Adam Stevenson and his team at Copperleaf Restaurant!

The festivities begin at 6:00 PM with a reception featuring our very own IPA and seasonal small bites. Dinner follows at 7:30 PM and will include four diverse courses with corresponding Rooftop pairings. The outstanding menu is noted below.
