What is a Gong Bath Meditation?
You are bathed in sound. (nope, no water involved. yep, youre fully clothed). You get comfortable *lying down, on a yoga mat, blanket or padding, while sound waves and vibrations of gongs wash over you. Think of it as a deeply relaxing, extremely rejuvenating sonic massage.
These goregous gongs and intentional soundscapes are ancient and powerful tools to help still the mind and allow the physical body to deeply relax.
*chairs are available on site per request
Please:
~Bring your own yoga mat or padding, *blanket & small pillow for maximum comfort
~Wear your comfy clothes
~Arrive 15-20 minutes prior to start time to check-in and get comfortable
*blankets: 1, 2 or 3? It is nice to have a blanket underneath you for padding, over you for warmth and/or an extra rolled blanket or small pillow under your knees (optional and suggested)
