Lunchbox Series: The Round Story
In this Lunchbox, Laura Muñoz and Jacqueline Dandeneau will present some of the work they have done thus far on The Round Story, a years long project of the Arcata Playhouse, which seeks to address racial equity and social justice through art.
The name The Round Story refers to the complex, many angled, multilayered, and nuanced nature of all stories. We acknowledge the inherent interdependence of the various communities in Humboldt society, and recognize the need to foster the horizontal relations that build a true polyphony reflective of the diverse voices in our community.
Muñoz and Dandeneau will present past and current projects as well as unveil future plans for the performance in fall of 2020.
