The Black Knight is a romantic period drama about trust, personal choices, and the meaning of resistance in an overwhelming world. Set in 1940s Nazi-occupied Prague, Kathi, Fritz, and Albrecht's story asks how someone genuinely good could fall into the Nazi party, and what it would take to find their way out. It is also about mistakes that can be forgiven but not erased.
By telling a small story set in a larger historical moment, informed by firsthand accounts, we strive to show the humanity of life's defining choices and what it looks like to come to the conclusion that yours may have been wrong.
There are all too many stories that will never be told. We need your help to tell Kathi, Fritz, and Albrecht's. Will you consider a gift of $250, $500, or $1000 to help us tell their story with the detail and care it deserves? Help us show the humanity of their small, but complicated lives.
All donations are tax deductible and all donors will be acknowledged in the program. Ads included in sponsor levels can be business-related, personal, or memorial.
