Finding the Flow State with Ryan Herr
This event is a fundraiser for Ryan Herr. As a touring musician, Ryan has lost all income for the foreseeable future and is raising money to help get him through the next couple of months. Your contribution to this event is greatly appreciated.
Many of us are familiar with what is called the "Flow State". A state in which the analytical mind can slow down, become more quiet, and the somatic wisdom of our body is able to better guide our experience.
Join Instrumentalist/DJ/Producer, Ryan Herr, for a moving meditation. We will explore a word free space together as we practice the art of getting out of our own way through the use of improvisational music and movement.
All proceeds go to the artists at the Sacred Music Sessions house concerts.
