The Stash Band Live at the Lutherie
Led by Bluegrass Flatpicking iconoclast Stash Wyslouch, the Stash Band defies easy categorization. Drawing from a repertoire of mostly original songs, they've been referred to as the bastard child of Bill Monroe and Ornette Coleman, and a Sonic Kaleidoscopic of Weirdness and Wonder(Boston Herald). They've released 3 albums of original music and are currently finishing a 4th album of exclusively restructured traditional bluegrass music (bluegrass in their own way).
Their music echoes the snarky rock bands of yore, with highly crafted compositions and arrangements. Alongside Stash Wyslouch, the band will feature clarinetist Alec Spiegelman and bassist Max Ridley.
