Peter Michael Wine Dinner
Sir Peter started Peter Michael Winery in 1983 with a singular vision: to make wine in the terroir-driven tradition of Burgundy and Bordeaux under the California sun, and in California soil. Today, they make fifteen wines in four varietal categories. All but one are estate grown on their mountainside vineyards, and all are crafted by hand and in limited production.
The winery is guided by love and respect for their land, and the patience that all good wine requires. These are the values that shape everything that they do. We are pleased to offer a curated selection of these classic California wines alongside a tasting menu from Executive Chef Rogelia Garcia.
