Route 51 Brewery Beer Pairing Dinner

Route 51 Brewing Company will be hosting our first ever Beer Pairing Dinner. This dinner will include 5 of our very own brewed Route 51 Beers and will be paired with five courses prepared by our very own chef Seth Jumps. Tickets are $40+tax+gratuity
Course 1:
Organic Spring Mix Salad w/ Citrus Vinaigrette Dressing & Lobster Bisque Soup
Course 2:
Charcuterie Board w/ an array of cured meats, cheeses, fruits, & vegetables
Course 3:
Mushroom and Truffle Ravioli
A blend of roasted portobella mushrooms and imported black truffle peelings folded into our creamy ricotta base and topped with our house made Alfredo sauce
Course 4:
Beef Wellington
Beef Tenderloin wrapped in puff pastry topped with a rich demiglace sauce. Served with roasted fingerling potatoes covered in fresh herbs and garlic.
Course 5:
Bundt Cake spiked with Bourbon and topped with a Bourbon praline sauce and walnuts
