9th Annual Valley Star Awards Show
The 2020 Valley Star Awards will present awards to the Rio Grande Valleys top entertainers as selected by Winter Texans casting their votes for their favorite:
Male Vocalist of the Year
Female Vocalist of the Year
Individual/Small Band/Variety Act of the Year
Musical Group of the Year (not related
Gospel Group of the Year
Duet Musical Group of the Year
Family Vocal Group of the Year
Rock-n-Roll Band of the Year
Novelty or Comedy Act of the Year
Country Western Band of the Year
Entertainer/Group of the Year
If you have not already cast your vote, fill out the paper ballot printed in the Winter Texan Times, or submit your vote online at www.wintertexantimes.com. Ballots must be submitted by the Feb. 12 deadline to be counted in the poll.
This year's Valley Star Awards will held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 19 at Mission Bell Resort in Mission. Lunch is available at noon.
In addition to seeing which entertainers win the top awards, guests will enjoy some of the best entertainment the Valley has to offer. Entertainers at this years Valley Star Awards include:
