An evening of folk-rock from 3 musicians (Gwyneth Moreland, Skyler Hinkle and Willie Rusert) all raised on the Mendocino coast to benefit Montessori Del Mar Community School. No host bar and snacks to benefit the school, all ages welcome.

MARINE LAYER is Gwyneth Moreland & Skyler Hinkle. Gwyneth & Skyler have been weaving their edgy folk-americana songs together for 5 years. Guitar and Banjo are first and foremost in their music, but at times accordion and percussion make appearances. Gwyneth and Skyler's songs are heavily influenced by their environment on the Mendocino Coast. Fog, Pine needles and ocean surf are recurring themes. In 2017, Gwyneth's solo album "Cider" landed 3 Moreland/Hinkle co-writes (Broken Road, Summer Song & Cider) on the Folk Radio Airplay charts. WILLIE RUSERT is from Fort Bragg, California, and now lives in the San Francisco Bay Area. He plays piano and guitar, and the songs he performs are varied and descriptive. Lyrics are anything but boring, and the instrumentation is spot on and catchy. His influences include folk, classical, and rock music. In his free time, he likes to be outdoors as much as possible.
