Hunchback of Notre Dame

The Putnam Chorale, Douglas Anderson Music Director, and The Bannerman Castle Trust, Inc. are proud to present the staging of THE HUNCHBACK OF NOTRE DAME.

From the Oscar-winning composer team Alan Menken (Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid) & Stephen Schwartz (Wicked, Pippin) comes a lushly scored retelling of Victor Hugos (author of Les Miserables) epic story of love, acceptance, and what it means to be a hero.

The cast is led by Broadway veteran Craig Schulman (Les Miserables, Phantom of the Opera, 1776), as the tortured Dom Claude Frollo. Jack Cappadona is the big-hearted bell ringer Quasimodo, Olivia Clavel-Davis portrays the ravishing and resilient Esmeralda, Leo Grinberg is the overconfident yet principled Captain Phoebus de Martin, and Graeme McEneany performs as Clopin Trouillefou, King of the Gypsies. Also cast as a congregation of tour-de-force storytellers that narrates THE HUNCHBACK OF NOTRE DAME are Michael Bonanno (Lieutenant Frederic Charlus); Kelly Ellenwood; Juliana Giannasca; Goldee Greene; Brandon Mancuso (Jehan Frollo); Glen Macken (St. Aphrodisius); James Gerard Russo; and Anna Nicole Ventor (Florika).
