Caleb Caudle Concert
Stokes County, North Carolina native Caleb Caudle returns home for a concert on Friday June 26, 2020 on the Three Sisters Stage at The Arts Place of Stokes, 502 Main Street in Danbury, NC. Doors open at 6:30pm, Wild Ponies at 7:30pm, followed by Caleb Caudle at 8:30pm.

Growing up in Stokes County, North Carolina, singer-songwriter Caleb Caudle was raised on rock n roll and Southern hospitality, but also influenced by bands like The Clash and Velvet Underground. His songwriting matured quickly, as he made a name for himself in the Winston-Salem music scene with thought provoking lyrics and well-crafted melodies reflecting his North Carolina roots.

He was recently dubbed the musical equivalent of high-proof bourbon  rich in flavor, with a subtle, satisfying bite, by Rolling Stone editors for their list of 10 New Country Artists You Need To Know. Hes played Nashvilles famed AmericanaFest multiple times and his song, Borrowed Smiles was featured on last seasons dramatic season finale of CMTs Nashville.

Crushed Coins, Caudle's latest release, is an 11-song album written during one of the most prolific times of his life. We approached this record with an anything-goes mentality, unafraid to do whatever the songs called for, he told Rolling Stone Country. And while the album was made with the intent of escaping a specific genre, Caleb Caudle manages to be universally relatable with a mix of empathetic lyrics and a pristine blend of varying sounds. If youre looking to revive your tastes with something fresh, but also like that warm feeling of musical nostalgia, look no further than Crushed Coins.

Opening the June 26 show and later joining Caudle onstage, Doug and Telisha Williams of Wild Ponies are a talented singer/songwriting team from the Piedmont of NC and Southern Virginia, known for perfectly balancing the genres of old country and roots music learned in the hills and hollers of the nearby Blue Ridge Mountains.
