Fermentation Farm Feast
Join chefs from Local Sprouts Cooperative, Agro Mycro and Resilient Roots for a feast of fermented foods. The multi-course dinner will feature kraut, kim chi, fermented salsas, cured meats, tempeh, wild mushrooms, fermented desserts and fermented beverages. Frinklepod Farm produce will be featured in the ferments along with produce and meats from other local farms including tempeh from Lalibela Farm and ferments from 30 Acre Farm. Come and celebrate fermented culture!
BYOB. The feast will take place outdoors, under a tent if weather dictates, so please plan accordingly.
Note that the feast directly follows Sandor Katz's fermentation workshop, for which you can register separately @ http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/427726). Sandor will be the guest of honor!
