Second Course:Salad Paquillo/Creme Fraiche/Butter Lettuce/Asparagus/Carrot/Yuzu/Manchego/Salted Egg Yolk
Paired with: Pomegranate Mule Pomegranate Liqueur/Ginger Beer/Raspberry Vodka/Fresh Lime
Third Course:Pasta House Agnolotti/Sausage/Beets/Portobello/Goat Cheese/Pancetta/Pea Greens/Fennel
