Floral designing is a fun and relaxing way to enjoy the natural beauty of flowers. This floral workshop is a professional "How-to" for beginning florist and career enthusiast.Joel Garlejo will introduce you with a hands on style approach to floral design. Topics include the proper usage of hand tools and the many varieties of florals and greens,as a well as their care and handling.
Joel will also help you bring out your creative side, through understanding basic shapes, colors and textures.Participants will create vase and foam base arrangements.

1pm-7pm
Some basic floral design experience is encouraged for this class.
Learn the mechanics of large decorative floral pieces such as urns and entrance displays. Create unique suspended
arrangements with spheres,Design and embellish with wreaths and garlands creating festive environments for events.
What to bring:
Pen
Notepad
Good scissors
3-4" sharp pocket knife
Small clean up towel
Small laundry basket (to carry arrangements)
