Beethoven & Birds
This program centers around the grand middle-period set of variations by Beethoven, Eroica, named after the third symphony where he takes the theme. Other works in the program will explore a variety of composers influenced by birds including Rameau, Daquin, Granada, Ravel and Messiaen.
