The Workers Theatre Ceilidh w/ Ando Glaso
The Workers Theatre Festival
SOMETHING HAS TO HAPPEN
Is thrilled to present a Transylvanian Ceilidh! With Music from Glasgow's own authentic Romanian Roma band, Taraful Din Glasgow. Folk dance expert Andras Makra from Hungary will be calling the dances. We will also bring some amazing local Roma musicians to start the evening and get everyone on their feet.
Tickets available in advance and on the door. Festival pass holders can purchase discounted ceilidh tickets for £7 on the door.
:::
Ando Glaso are a charity led by the Roma community. Their mission is to help Roma people nurture their own culture and talent, opening up avenues for education, up-skilling, employment, confidence-building and supporting active citizenship while living in Scotland.
