2020 Music on the Hill Benefit
Due to illness, the featured singer Melinda Becker has been replaced by the gifted Bay Area musicians Tenor Michael Desnoyers and Soprano Chelsea Hollow.
Please join us for a delightful evening of wine, hors doeuvres, and live music, all in a beautiful private house at our annual Music on the Hill Benefit on Sunday, January 26 at 7:00pm.
Michael Desnoyers and Chelsea Hollow will be performing cabaret songs by Kurt Weil, Edith Piaf, Neapolitan Art Songs, and duet selections from La Boheme, Elixir of Love, and Candide. Accompanied by pianist Ava Soifer. Mr. Desnoyers is a frequent performer with Lamplighters Musical Theater and has performed with Opera San Jose, West Edge Opera, Pocket Opera, American Bach Soloists, and Gaude. He is currently the Vocal Department Head at Asawa SF School of the Arts.
Ms. Hollow has performed with West Bay Opera, West Edge Opera, Lamplighters Musical Theater, Pocket Opera, and has appeared in solo performances with the Berkeley Symphony, the Hot Air Festival, and Old First Concert Series.Join us for an evening of wine, hors doeuvres, and live music.
Also presenting the gifted musicians from the Ruth Awawa SOTA string quartet.
