Come follow the tail of the often elusive Pinot Noir, hailing both from its ancestral home in Burgundy and the many other regions where this remarkable grape is grown. There are now several unexpected areas producing surprisingly elegant examples and permutations of this classic favorite wine. Come taste with Certified Sommelier Cate Hatch and explore all the heady heights this silky wine can achieve. Small bites, charcuterie and cheeses that demonstrate the versatility of pairing Pinot will also be provided.
