Fast Friends for Telling Queer History - virtual

Telling Queer History is a series of storytelling gatherings that connect LGBTQ+ people across generations and identities. We are celebrating 7 years of gatherings on May 17th, 2020 and you are invited to join us from your homes. We won't let the physical distance keep us from connecting, sharing stories, and sharing resources. Join us for this new adventure into the virtual world of Telling Queer History.

WHAT: Fast Friends for Telling Queer History - a Celebration and Fundraiser. "Zoom-friending" activity, storytelling, and LGBTQ history.
ASL interpreted and family friendly.

WHEN: Sunday May 17th, 2020 from 2-4pm. Storytelling by our host will begin at 2pm. Zoom-friending breakout rooms where you meet 3 new people will follow. The storytelling will be recorded and can be watched later if you can not attend live. Let us know if you want to meet people but can make that time, we will try to arrange that.

WHERE: Where ever you are with wi-fi.

WHO: The Telling Queer History team, you, your friends, and your future friends.

HOW: Contribute to Telling Queer History gatherings by buying a ticket to Fast Friends for yourself or a LGBTQ+ friend. Tickets are $100, 80, 60, 40, 20. There will be a limited number of free tickets.
