Rogue Artists Ensemble 2nd Annual Masquerade
It's back! After a successful inaugural year in 2007, the Masquerade is here again! And this time, it's better than ever.
Starting September 24, you can buy tickets by clicking on the image above...and you won't want to wait! Space is limited, and we guarantee you won't want to miss this.
What can you expect this year? Well, we've got more raffles and auctions for one-of-a-kind Rogue memorabilia; entertainment including brand-new work by Cowboy Elektra writer Myles Nye, Mr. Punch composer Ben Phelps performing Rogue hits with a five-piece band, and more puppetry from the talented Leslie Gray; and of course fabulous food and drink.
If you missed out last year, just click here for highlights from the 2007 Masquerade.
FAQ:
Q: When and where is the Masquerade? A: Sunday, October 19 from 7-10 pm at Shakespeare Festival/LA. The address is 1238 W. 1st Street, Los Angeles, CA 90026, and yes, there's ample street parking available.
Q: How much are tickets? A: General admission is $20, but we're also offering for the first time Deluxe tickets for $100 each. While both will get you in the door, the Deluxe ticket also gets you a one-of-a-kind Rogue mask for you to wear that evening and take home to keep. You'll also receive five tickets to the raffle, which features prizes valued at well over $100 in many cases.
Q: What do I wear? A: If you show up in jeans and a t-shirt, we won't turn you away, but you'll have more fun if you come in mask! This isn't a Halloween party, so don't wear your Fred Flinstone costume or you'll feel a little strange. Come dressed as you would to a masquerade ball: formal or semi-formal attire, and of course a mask! Powdered wigs are optional, but encouraged.
If you don't have a mask, don't worry! We'll make masks, capes, drapes, and canes available to rent at the door for about $5.
