All of Lisa's work continues combining emotional appeal to touch the listener and publisher, while allowing her to be creatively satisfied. Pushing the edge of Americana folk-rock as a soloist, Lisa's smokey vocals capture the ear with her raw emotion and sincerity. Her Americana music is enhanced by female harmony and dynamic instrumentals. Lisa engages her audience with a gracious charisma, weaving a story, a style and a mood inside each song. She shifts gears into a feisty presence, belting country rock-pop inside full band arrangements. More recent recorded CDs explore blending her brand of Jazzacana and New Thought music with exclusive uplifting and timely messages.
Ms Carman is composing music and co-creating with lyricists of numerous other musical genres, developing visual recordings and performing in small venues and spiritual centers throughout the West. She has created an education studio:.She Sings Studio, where she directs and teaches numerous workshops. A distinct set of songwriting clinics lead the way , from introduction and beginner levels to advanced master classes. She Sings Studio also offers voice , acoustic guitar and performance lessons locally and online. Lisa has self produced all her own albums and has been acting producer for many other artists the past 15 years. Kath Crumnine remembers listening to Judy Collins & Joan Baez from an early age with her dad who had a strong affinity for these versatile musicians, and fell in love with Joni Mitchell when she was in her mid 20's. These three amazing women continue to inspire Kath with their command of vulnerability, authority & beauty. She is honored to have this opportunity to play and sing with Lisa & insert name of other musician here.
Edis Kittrell is a singer/songwriter who strongly believes in the transformative power of music. Music heals. Music creates community. Music is medicine. A seasoned musician of 30+ years, Edis plays at various venues and functions in solo, duo, and trio acts as well as with her band, "Edis and the Incredibles." Her unique brand of folky, bluesy tunes has moved and entertained audiences in the Bozeman valley since North 19th didnt exist past Durston. If it's got a good message and good groove, it's in. Influences include everything from Bonnie Raitt, to Mary Chapin Carpentar, to Greg Allman.
