The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane at The Howland Playhouse
The Howland Cultural Center, Beacon's unparalleled arts, cultural and entertainment venue, now celebrating its 40th Anniversary of bringing theater, both dramatic and musical, to Beacon and the Hudson Valley, is pleased to present, as part of the Howland Playhouse's 2020 Season, the premiere of the Hudson Valley Theatre Initiative's (HVTI) musical, 'The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane'.
Even as a fragile rabbit doll, Edward Tulane learns through his miraculous journey what it is to love, what it is to lose that love, and how to find the courage to love again. Based on Kate DiCamillo's beautiful novel of the same name, adapted by Dwayne Hartford,The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane is a heartwarming adventure retold by a talented cast of professional Hudson Valley actors and musicians that will delight and inspire both young and old.
Running time: 90 minutes.
